Shri A. B. Shukla is a retired IAS officer and is presently working as a Member of National Monuments Authority of India. He is the Honorary President of Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (ICAS). Shri Shukla has decoded and explained the genesis of many fundamental astrological principles from Bhagwad Geeta, Vedas, Upanishads and other scriptures. The Kanchi Shankaracharya (H.H. Swami Jayendra Saraswati) honoured him with ‘Jyotish Ratna’.

Shri Kuldeep Jiwani is a B.Tech from IIT-Delhi and is currently working as a Data Scientist in an MNC. He is also the Assistant Controller of Examinations for ICAS. He has been learning the divine knowledge of Jyotisha under the guidance of his Guru, Shri A. B. Shukla for nearly a decade. He has been awarded with the title of Jyotish Kovid by ICAS.
